You provided us with two screenshots of the details for the zone in question, one with the zip codes and one without. Would it be possible for you to provide us with screenshots of the configuration for your other shipping zones as well? I know you mentioned in one scenario your zone works and then when adding the zip codes it breaks again, I’d like to check for any potential overlap that might be causing an issue.

I’d also like to get a look at what else is running on the site to see if there is any potential for a conflict or other issue rising up. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Once we have these we can look a little further into this for you.

Hi there,

Thank you for screenshots and system status reports. Now I have my doubts that we can reproduce the behaviour you mention. Can you walk me through the steps to provoke the problem. You wrote:

si il sito è in modalità manutenzione il problema si presenta in fase di chekout dopo aver inserito il prodotto nel carrello e si procede al riepilogo ordine se voleste fare delle prove posso mettere il sito in modalità online

I’m a bit unclear about the issue you’re describing, however, your screenshot shows you’ve added postal codes in the “Zone disagiate”shipping set up: https://d.pr/i/9HyhRZ

That means the shipping zone “Zone disagiate” will only be used for customers in this region that the zip code matches the code you’ve entered (04027, 04031).

Other customers in Italy (not using the 2 zip codes you above) will be matched with the “italia” shipping zone.

As you are using Flexible Shipping: by WP Desk – 4.10.0 to manage the shipping costs, I highly suggest being in touch with them to check this further. Based on your screenshots, the shipping costs are assigned and adjusted based on that plugin and not WooCommerce.

flexible shipping gestisce solo i pesi se fosse causato dal plugin il problema si presenterebbe anche senza inserire i cap invece il problema si genera solo inserendo i cap nelle zone di spedizione quindi il problema viene causato da woocommerce
in quanto ho un altro sito che vende prodotti diversi dove il plugin non è installato e presenta lo stesso problema inserendo i cap per le zone disagiate insieme alle provincie come negli screen precedenti quindi è un bug di woocommerce

As I understand, when you add the zip codes to your zone and use “Sassari” as the Providence in checkout, you get the “Italia” zone rates, but when you omit the zip codes in the Shipping Zone, you get the “Zone disagiate” rates, is that correct?

Can you add the full address in checkout and let me know if the rates change? I don’t see a place in checkout to add the postcode, but once you do, does it match the first zone again?
