Logre desactivar todos los plugin por medo del cpanel y asi pude entrar a wordpress. Al activar todos los plugin nuevamente la pagina funciona perfectamente hasta que activo smart slider y se vuelve a da?ar. Hi @carlitos1004!

500 Internal Server errors are happening, when there is a server limitation reached or there is a PHP error. To avoid common problems, like not all our files are uploaded on the FTP, please try a reinstallation. You should just go to your Plugins list, delete your current Smart Slider 3 (don’t worry, your sliders will stay) and install it again through your FTP:
    https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/55-wordpress-installation#ftp
and if you would use for example Filezilla, that would write out if not all the files are getting uploaded and you can retry to upload them again.

If this wouldn’t solve the problem either, 500 errors are just “catch all” error messages, so they aren’t telling you the cause, they are just telling you there is a problem and the server host has an error log, which contains the real error message. You should contact your server host and ask them for that log, also ask them to take a look at it, because a common server error is, that the memory_limit is reached and in that case your server host would be able to increase that value.

If the error log won’t show a server limitation to be reached, but it is a PHP code related error, please send us a support ticket: https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/
and send us the error log and we will tell you what’s going on!
