If so, do you see any error messages?

It would also be really helpful if you could share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

The Report seems fine to me, however, it is very likely that there is some sort of conflict causing the problem here.

To test that, you can follow the advise from the below article: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

So for example, you could create a backup of your site, disable all of your plugins besides WooCommerce and WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration, then attempt the update.

lunedi farò le verifiche e vi aggiorno

Buongiorno volevo informarvi che ho risolto il problema in quanto ho semplicemente rinominato i 2 plugin che sospettavo essere la causa di incompatibilità uno era wordfence securiti e l’altro w3total cache dopo averli rinominati con _ davanti al nome l’aggiornamento è andato a buon fine poi ho ripristinato il nome dei plugin e tutto è tornato a funzionare correttamente grazie mille per il supporto.
