probleman toolbar with woocommerce

    Hello, good afternoon, I have a problem with Woocomerce when I activate it, the toolbar for subscribers disappears, I am currently using the “ASTRA” theme, it works for administrators and editors but for the subscriber user it removes the toolbar . already disable and enable all puglins and the problem is with woocomerce.

    I tried using other themes and I also looked at the wordpress configuration and the problem is the same, what is the problem? thank you

    Hi there,

    I’m not quite sure I understand the question here – Do you mind elaborating on whether this is related to the “subscriber” role that forms part of the core WordPress installation or do you mean “subscribers” in relation to https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/ ?

    Moreover, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**
    • Share a screenshot of the exact toolbar issue you’re seeing on your side
