• Hola, tengo una tienda de vinos en WordPress con WooCommerce, y estoy teniendo problemas con los pagos por tarjeta de crédito o débito en mi tienda desde que cambié el antiguo plugins de pagos por Paypal a este.
    Cada vez que un cliente decide pagar por tarjeta de crédito o débito se cancela la orden por error en pago. Esto ya me está trayendo problemas con los clientes y estoy perdiendo ventas por dicha causa.
    Por favor alguna solución para este problema.

    Versión de WooCommerce: 5.9.0
    Versión de WooCommerce PayPal Payments: 1.6.2

    Hi @dluiso,

    In the PayPal Card Processing settings, the 3D Secure contingency “No 3D Secure” is configured.

    The setting “No 3D Secure” will cause transactions to be denied if 3D Secure is required by the bank of the cardholder, which is the case in the European Economic Area.
    I suggest setting the 3D Secure contingency to “Always trigger 3D Secure (Activar siempre 3D Secure”). This should cause cards to not be denied anymore due to a lack of 3D Secure.
    Our next plugin update will also make “Always trigger 3D Secure” the default setting if you connect your account from a region where it is usually required.

    Hi @niklasinpsyde

    Thank you very much for answering. I just changed the setting to Always Enable 3D Secure just as you suggested. In effect, all transactions will be within the European zone, specifically Spain (peninsula).

    I will be aware of the next sales, if any of them enter by card payment again, I will let you know any results, so that you are also aware of whether the change in the configuration has the expected effect.

    Hi @dluiso,

    To better judge what’s causing this problem, we’d be interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

    The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    Logging appeared to have been disabled in your plugin settings, so no log entries would be saved. But if you have any PayPal Payments logs, you can share them either here in the forums or better privately with us from here so we can look into this for you:
