    Gracias.

  • Hello @johnnyzzoo,

    Thank you for reaching out!

When a user registers from the student registration page, they are automatically assigned with the Subscriber role. However, this does not mean they will immediately appear in the Students list within Tutor LMS.

A user is recognized as a student in Tutor LMS only after enrolling in a course. Once they enroll, their name will be listed under the Students section in Tutor LMS.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

It’s true, I noticed it in the subsequent tests.

However, the problem I have is the following:

When I as an administrator am working within WordPress there is a black line across the top of the screen where options for working on the web page are shown.

When a student registers, at the moment that the student’s desktop is shown, that black line in WordPress is also shown, and if I click on the student’s name (located above that black line), and choose the edit profile option, the internal WordPress options are shown.

And if I exit the student account and enter WordPress, with the student email and password, it logs me into WordPress. And that should not happen.

The Student Desktop should not cross with an internal WordPress screen.

That is why I do not know if the error is a configuration or installation error of Tutor LMS.

If you can help me, I would appreciate it.

    Hello @anonymized-23238643,

The “Hide Admin Bar” feature is not available in the free version of Tutor LMS, which is why students can see the WordPress admin bar. This feature is included in Tutor LMS Pro.
