ASTRA Startup Templates 4.8.11 Problems

    Hello,

    I have installed the Astra Theme Version: 4.8.11 on WP 6.7.1 ( en_ES ), and in the left side main menu of WP in the Astra option “Startup Templates” the startup templates for the Astra Theme are not shown.

    The WP installation is clean there is nothing else installed. It is a dedicated machine to deploy only WP with the Astra Theme. I have removed the themes that come by default with WP, I have only left the Twenty Twenty-Four Theme but it is NOT active and the Astra Theme is ACTIVE but in the Astra Home Template option nothing is painted ,just a very soft grey large rectangle and in the footer the following description is displayed:

    Did you enjoy Astra? Please leave us a rating for ★★★★★. We appreciate your support.

    It may appear that where the very light gray rectangle is located will be the reserved space from where you should be viewing the different options of the Astra templates.

    Tengo instalado el Tema Astra Versión: 4.8.11 en WP 6.7.1 ( es_ES ), y en el menú principal lateral de izquierdo de WP en la opción de Astra\”Plantillas de inicio” no se muestran las plantillas de inicio para el Tema Astra.

    La instalación de WP está limpia no hay nada más instalado. Es una máquina dedicada para desplegar sólo WP con el Tema Astra. He eliminado los temas que vienen por defecto con WP, sólo he dejado el Tema Twenty Twenty-Four pero NO está activo y el tema Astra está ACTIVO pero en la opción de Astra\Plantilla de inicio no se pinta nada ,sólo una rectángulo grande de color gris muy suave y en el pie de página (footer) aparece la descripción siguiente:

    ?Disfrutaste de Astra? Por favor, déjanos una valoración de ★★★★★. ?Apreciamos mucho tu apoyo

    Puede parecer que dónde se encuentra el rectángulo de color gris muy claro será el espacio reservado desde dónde deberían de estar visualizando las diferentes opciones de las plantillas de Astra.

    I have the WP installation set up in ngnix and according to the web server log these errors are appearing after installing the Starter Templates plugin (company Brainstorm Force ) on the page https:///wp-admin/themes.php?page=starter-templates once clicked on the little box with the title “Thanks for your feedback!”:

    And as reported in the web server log the directories public_html/wp-json/ are missing and the file public_html/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/wxr.xml does not exist.

    There seems to be a problem with the Astra Theme Starter Templates, both from the Astra Theme default option and then with the Starter Templates plugin installation.

    Please, I am waiting for help, I am interested in the Astra Theme and I need to make an assessment of the situation for the Astra Theme free and/or professional.

    Y cómo se está informando en el log del servidor web no están los directorios public_html/wp-json/ y el fichero public_html/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/wxr.xml no existe.

    Parece que está ocurriendo un problema con las Plantillas de Inicio del tema Astra, tanto desde la opción que trae por defecto el Tema Astra como luego con la instalación del plugin Starter Templates

    Por favor, quedo a la espera de recibir ayuda, me encuentro interesado en el Tema Astra y necesito realizar una valoración de la situación para el Tema Astra free y/o profesional.
