Problem/bug: keywords after the 'more' tag

thanks for your work. The KTTG plugin is a great plugin(the best one for this purpose!).

I’m implementing your plugin in a site running a default theme (twenty thirteen) , and I just noticed these situation:

1) When I have a keyword before the ‘more’ tag, everything works ok. The keyword gets the tooltip as expected.

2) When I have a keyword only after the ‘more’ tag, the tooltip isn’t linked to the entry.

3) When I have the same keyword placed before and after the ‘more’ tag, the tooltip appears correctly in both keywords.

Looks like the keyword must appears before the tag, and if so, all others keyword-entries will be ok too.
It occurs both in page or posts.

What happens?
