    Problème :

    Mon site fonctionne essentiellement avec un système d’abonnement réalisé avec le plug In : Woocommerce subscription.

    Nous proposons également un système de carte cadeau que nous gérons pour l’instant grace au plug in : Flexible PDF Coupons for WooCommerce

    Depuis une semaine, dès qu’un client clique pour acheter un abonnement il voit le message suivant :

    Le client ne peut donc pas s’abonner.

    J’ai donc désactiver l’extension qui pose donc un problème a l’extension d’abonnement.

    mais j’ai besoin des deux extensions pouvoir continuer à vendre les différents produits.

    Que faire ? Pourquoi cela fonctionne très bien depuis un an ? et tout à coup cela ne fonctionne plus ?

    I took note of your notification, I did not reproduce the bug in my test environment, however, I have already consulted the problem with the developer.

    From your information I am missing one important message, which version of Flexible PDF Coupons – Gift Cards & Vouchers for WooCommerce plugin are you using?

    Having this information, it will be easier for us to reproduce the problem.

    I have tried to reproduce the problem but without success. I created a coupon, then selected the simple subscription product in the order.

    I further added the coupon code, the discount was added to the order and placed the order successfully.

    The subscription was added, no error displayed. Please describe in more detail how the order process works in your case, maybe I’m missing something in my tests.

    For subscriptions:
    I created my three subscriptions, then I grouped them together on one page by adding an “add to card” link on each call to action corresponding to the subscription product. This adds the subscription directly to the cart and returns to the payment page. Subscription products are created with “woocommerce subscription”.

    For gifts, this is a virtual product couplet “flexi coupon” which sends a promo code with each purchase of a gift card and sends a pdf with the code by email to the customer.

    I changed nothing. everything has been working fine for a year. And now the message appears on the subscriptions that the two plugins normally have nothing to do with it. I don’t need “flexi coupon” to create subscriptions. I tried to do the latest updates but nothing changes.

    Thank you for sending the information. The developer has already taken care of the problem. Soon, maybe by the end of this week, we will release a new, improved version of our plugin.

    When the new version of the plugin will be ready for testing, I will let you know. Ok?

    We have just released the Flexible PDF Coupons 1.5.2 plugin, in which we have improved the functioning of the coupons, so please simply do the update.

    If the WordPress updater hasn’t informed you about the newer versions available, please check for the updates manually choosing the Dashboard tab > Updates > Check Again option.
