    Hello,

    I’m having a problem with the forms (I’ll give you an example on the contact form).

    If you click on the button without filling anything, the page reloads and an error appears (only the first entry when there are no caches).

    How can we solve it? To disable the button until it is not completed?

    In addition the contact form after the error has a bug that removes my placeholder

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Can you edit your form, navigate to the Behavior tab, and change Method from Page reload to Ajax and see if that helps?

    Hi @irinelmita,

    If its already using Ajax then it shouldn’t be reloading the page on submit. Could you please check and how it behaves if you clear the page cache?

    If I try to add a query paramater in the page ie /contact-en/?no-cache=123

    The above will cause the page to not load without cache and then when I click the “Submit” button the page doesn’t re-load.

    The above behaviour seems to point out that the cache enabled on the server side might be causing a conflict. Could you please check and see whether clearing the cache makes any difference?

    Alternatively, to prevent the form from getting cached, you can also enable the “Prevent page caching on form pages” option in your form, under the Behavior tab > Rendering

    Could you please check and see whether the above helps?
