Problemi col plugin al check out

  • Plugin veramente eccezionale, ho da un anno la versione di prova e lo trovo fantastico. Da ieri però qualcosa ha smesso di funzionare correttamente. Una volta selezionata la variabile prodotto preferita, non visualizza il prezzo della selezione non abilitando il bottone acquista e non permette quindi l’accesso al checkout. Praticamente è impossibile acquistare i prodotti. E’ un problema che avete riscontrato nel vostro plugin?

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I checked your site but the color and label variations plugin is not enabled on your site.

    Anyway I checked and you have a lot of Js errors on your page and seems it’s creating problems loading the add to cart form after select the attributes

    See the following link with the screenshot

    I suggest you to do the following in order to see if the problem can be related with a conflict with other plugin or your theme.

    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
    If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

    Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

    Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    qui è tutto ok, grazie. Spero sia lo stesso per te.

    Quando sei entrato a controllare ai trovato il plugin disattivato perchè stavo eseguendo dei test per identificare il problema ??

    Grazie mille per i tuoi consigli, ho eseguito il ripristino grazie alle tue indicazioni e tutto è tornato a funzionare.

    Sono partito dal tema, seguendo i tuoi consigli ed è stato già sufficiente. Ora si lavora per correggere gli altri errori.. grazie mille.
