Can you please upgrade the version and let us know it’s working fine for you or not?

If still you facing any issue then please make sure or update the current settings and again check it.

Or you can share the short video with your current settings and issue that you are facing so we can reproduce the error.

Hi Hitendra, I am having a similar issue. Charts were appearing and working fine up until several days ago. When new chart is created and assigned to product it is not showing when clicked on. I have updated to newest version and setting are up to date. Would you shed light on this issue?

We are apologies to say but during the testing unable to reproduce the error at our side.

It might be possible that the issue is coming due to some conflict with your current setup.

Can you please try the same version on another setup that might work and verify the issue is site-specific or not?
