Already answered 1, 3, and 4 in the other thread.

    2. You need to enable exec() (remove it from your disable_functions list). If you are not the system admin (which I strongly suspect), you will need to ask your webhost if there is a way to enable exec(), or signup for a cloud subscription: https://ewww.io/plans/

    5. yes

You really need to watch the videos. And for future reference, you can post additional questions in the same thread, instead of posting a bunch of times in two separate places. It makes it much harder to have an organized conversation when you do that.

First, thank you very much for support and I’m sorry for repeating ..

“3- In installation there a step to change folder to write mode or something like this !”
” 3. Did you actually get a notice that you needed to change permissions?”

    No?

“you will need to ask your webhost if there is a way to enable exec(), “
Ok I will contact them, but it affects ?

Ok, so you don’t need to worry about #3 either. In fact, until you enable exec(), none of the tools will work anyway. Somehow the fact that exec() is disabled slipped through the plugin’s filter. This is what is causing the odd behavior when uploading, and on the media library. When exec() is disabled, but we don’t detect it properly, it messes up all sorts of stuff. The plugin cannot function without it, unless you purchase a cloud subscription to offload the optimization to our servers.

If you could turn on debugging, and post the output from the settings page, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
