    I have designed a few websites but sometimes I like to purchase a theme here and there to save myself on design time and so I stumbled across this theme and made a purchase and after finding the flaws it came apparent that there was no refunds. So, I went to install and found a few style flaws while setting up and reported them and was told that they would email me back with the fix. A couple days later I had asked if they could resolve the issues and now they told me to send an e-mail to the tech team? There is a person named Eli who seems to be there but does not know how to resolve the issue. From my past experiences with other web developers they help you solve the issues then and there and so I’m gathering she must be a secretary? According to their site they have a team of people so it really puzzles me that they can not fix the issues and send them back within a reasonable time frame.

    Therefore, if you are new to WordPress it is not recommended to purchase the theme let alone use the free version since getting support is clearly difficult and their documentation is lousy. Also, I am sure after posting this I will get a response but this will go to show that they are clearly taking their customers for granted and trying to save face. Alternatively, I’m sure a random account will be made claiming about no issues and that this is just a bunch of nothing.

    Word of advice, before releasing your theme double check your code against woocommerce (and update your files for woocommerce) and mobile.

    Thank you for your review and we appreciate pointing our flaws which in turns will help us to understand our theme users and their needs.

    Regarding your question, Eli is a basic support staff and she helps users to understand our themes. She is not the technical support staff as you already seems to know. The technical question is transferred to the core staff and they helps user to solve the problem. We have a support turnover time of 24-48hr for the email.

    Here we are not trying to defend our self but trying to make the picture clear. We double check our all the themes before releasing but there are always some bug that gets in. As you are also a developer, you must be aware about it as well. But we fix the bug in the update release as soon as possible.
