    I’m having problems with the theme.

    1. Theme is not compatible with JetPack.
    2. When using the customizer a script gets stuck and needs “encouragement”.
    3. I find using the customizer confusing.

    1. What’s wrong with jetpack?
    2. Can you show me a screenshot of this issue?
    3. It is not allowed to add options other than via the customizer for a theme on the WordPress directory.
    For my part, I find that customizing his site live via the customizer is great but some people prefer an admin panel, unfortunately, it is not possible.

    1. When theme and Jetpack are both running the customizer will not load. When Jetpack is not running but theme is then the customizer will load.
    2. If there is something in your software you’re not aware of, then maybe you need to go have a look at your software and find out what got stuck in when you were not looking.
    3. The customizer for your theme is still confusing.

    1. Okay, if you disable jetpack modules, does it work?
    We must find the source of the problem so that I can fix it.
    2. I misunderstood what you mean.
    3. It may take a little time to adapt, if you were accustomed to admin panel but you will get there very quickly.
