Problems Activating WooCommerce 3.5.5 onto WordPress 5.1

    Hi
    I have tried to activate WooCommerce 3.5.5 onto WordPress 5.1.
    I have tried two ways of installing
    Firstly from plugins and find WooCommerce, plug in installs but on activation I get the followng message.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1920 bytes) in /home/valuepri/allthingsthatplease.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-query.php on line 115

    Secondly I install from add a plug in and upload a zip file, i get the following message.

    The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

    can anyone help

    Update
    problem resolved, the PHP file size needed increasing which can either be done through cPannel if you have it or talking with your web hosting service.
