Problems adding events to cart

    Hello.

    On our page we have pages to buy special events for our forum members. These events worked perfectly until a couple of days ago. Now users get the following error message:

    We made sure all plugins etc are updated, also the Event Manager plugins.

    Can anyone help us solve this problem?

    Thanks for your message, Please update the plugin to the latest version (4.2.3). This issue has been fixed in the latest version.

    Thank you very much for your reply.

    I updated all plugins and made sure the Event Manager and Tickets Selling Plugin for WooCommerce – WpEvently – WordPress Plugin – A Complete Event Solution for WordPress by MagePeople is Version 4.2.3.

    Now the error message says:

    Thanks for your message, Can you please re-install the plugin? Just remove the plugin and install it from the Add New Plugin Page, I hope after this process the issue will be solved.
