Problems adding new types for share buttons

    I have a professional plan when I go to the sharing options page for the sharing button I cannot add any additional types (like the products page) to the list. Clicking on the checkbox has no effect. Tried several browsers but no difference

    Are you referring to the Show buttons on options under Settings > Sharing?

    What is the address of the site in question?

    Can you provide a link to a page where the buttons are not appearing?

    Once we get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

    It isn’t that the buttons aren’t appearing. When I go to the configuration page on wordpress.com to add the types of pages posts etc that should have sharing buttons I cannot add or for that matter subtract and of the types. For example I would like to add sharing buttons on he product pages on the site in addition to pages and posts. But the check box next to the products on the configuration page cannot be checked.

    On my site, I can save the options for other post types in both:

    (1) WP Admin -> Settings -> Sharing like this https://cld.wthms.co/xMJp5u
    (2) WordPress.com -> Sharing -> Sharing Buttons
