I’ve just installed MyCurator to test it, and I’ve sourced a Google Alert. I’ve added a topic, but even though I see a message that the topic has been added, the topic is not listed in the MyCurator Topics screen. All I see are the headings, and then a line that says:

Individual Plan with 1 Topics maximum and currently used and 5 Sources

Backing up a bit, I did try to add a topic before adding a source, so perhaps that caused an issue? Not sure how to fix any of this, since there are no topics listed at all, and I can’t remove the one that seems to be there–since it says I’ve used one topic–as it’s not shown on the Remove Topic screen either.

Please send me your API Key to support at target-info.com. I can then research on the cloud server side.

Also, if you can go to the Logs menu item in MyCurator menu. Choose Process from the Activity drop down, click Select Filter and send me any messages you see.

I sent an email to support but I haven’t gotten a reply back yet. I just started using this plugin yesterday, so I have like 29 days to test it. However, I am unable to create any topics at all. When I try to create a topic, I get the following error:

Error – No Plan Data Available, could not connect with cloud services. Try again after 5 minutes. If still having problems contact MyCurator support at [email protected].

I have searched all over to find a solution.. nothing is working ??

Sorry we missed your email. Here are a few things to try to connect with our cloud services:
Make sure that your host allows outgoing PHP CURL calls to other websites from a plugin. PHP CURL is how we communicate with our cloud service to get the Plan information as well as curate articles.

Check the error log for errors – choose Logs from the MyCurator menu, then choose Error from the Drop Down named Activity, and click Select Filter. Send us a screen print of any errors or an email listing them.

Have your host check the server error log to see if there are any errors related to MyCurator or an inability to connect with our cloud site, https://tgtinfo.net

Feel free to email us at support at target-info dot com , we’ll be on the lookout and won’t miss your email this time.
