    Hi,

I’ve just moved my WordPress site to a new server. I have copied all files to the new server and moved the database to the new server.

Since doing so NextGEN Gallery hasn’t worked correctly.

If I look at the gallery overview, I’m told that there are 1824 images, 18 galleries and 0 albums. If I go to ‘Manage Galleries’ there are no galleries listed, but I’m told there are 18 items.

If I add a gallery I’m told it succeeded, but still no galleries listed (the count goes up to 19 though). If I check the database the new gallery has been added to the ngg_gallery table and if I check the server a new folder has been added under wp-content/gallery for the new gallery.

Pages that used to show my galleries before I moved servers now just say ‘No images found’ (https://www.netherfieldwildlife.org.uk/image-galleries/mammals/).

    PHP 5.6
    MySQL 5.5.4
    NGG 2.0.66.29
Running on Windows 2012 Server IIS 8.5

    Anybody got any ideas?

    Many thanks,

    Jay.

@jaeles – In most cases using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options will sort out migration related issues. Give that a try and let us know how it works out for you.
