    Hi there ?? I had to unactivate the plugin after todays update of it. Our websites truned very slow, i coulnd′t find what was happening so I communicated with our hosting support, they checked the logs at our server and told us that this plugin couln′t connect with the DB and this is why was causing the websites to run very, very slow. So please, could you check if there is a missconfig or an small bug there, because we can′t have it activated, untill this is resolve. After we unactivated it, all websites turned fast again, so our hosting support where correct. Thanks in advance Joel

    Hi,

    Did they specify any files where the issue is? Or can you ask them to specify the exact file or function?

    Also. can you share the Debug data (you can get it from plugin settings page)?

    Hi again!

    The told me this:

    in the error_log file we found many errors like this one

    [27-Aug-2016 14:22:57 UTC] Error Table ‘XXXXXX_XXXX.XXXXXX_404_to_301’ doesn’t exist de la base de datos de WordPress para la consulta SELECT redirect FROM negocies_404_to_301 WHERE url = ‘/wp-admin/edit.php’ AND redirect IS NOT NULL LIMIT 0,1 realizada por require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’), do_action(‘template_redirect’), call_user_func_array, _404_To_301_Public->i4t3_redirect_404, _404_To_301_Public->get_custom_redirect

    ==============

    I just can′t underestand well all this code, I′m just passing it to you ??

    They told me that maybe unistalling the plugin and reinstalling it again, might solve the problem. But I′m not sure about this, as it was installed since long ago and this happened today after update.

    Thanks in advance ??

    Seems like your error logs table is got deleted somehow. Please try to deactivate and activate the plugin. If tables got deleted, it will create the tables again when you activate.

    Hi Joel, I tryed to delete plugin and install it again. When finished installing I was going to configure the plugin and all pages slowed down againg. And I had to unactivate it againg.
    Are you sure there is no problem?

    Hi,

    Have you tried uninstalling (not just deactivating) it from admin panel and installing fresh copy? As I stated above, if you have uninstalled properly (not deleting files manually), it should create the tables when you activate again. I have just verified that from my development website. Can you make sure that?

    Hi, we have unistalled it, clenaed all transients, caches, etc… and then install it again. Now seems working well. For sure was our problem and not from your backend. All tables have being created again at phpmyadmin and everything seems working as all this past years! Thanks again for your time Joel. The plugin it′s just the best for 404 ??
