Quite often the window of post editing freezes when you insert a picture into the post. This happens when SEO Meta Box is enabled. ??

Assuming you already updated to the latest version of the AMP plugin, it seems like you are using some other plugin for Schema as Rank Math is generating only one tag. Please check the screenshot:
