Problems after upgrading to 5.5

So the good news is, this can be quickly resolved by adding the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ plugin.

This is related to code used by one of your plugins (mk_social_newsworks_custom_skin) using old code that is no longer supported. WordPress has, in version 5.5, disabled a tool that makes old code like this work, as one of its steps to updating a lot of code in the next few versions. The code in question has been marked for removal for the past 7 years, so what you’ll need to do is reach out to the creators of that plugin to have them make an update.

In the meanwhile, the plugin above will re-enable the tool that allows the code to function, but you will be presented with a warning on your screen that the problem was discovered and what triggered it, until it has been resolved.
