Problems after upgrading WP 3.9 & NGG 2.0.61

Hi all,

I have the following problems after upgrade:
1 The lightboxes dont work, except Shutter2
2 The slideshow doesnt load.

I found another thread with similar problems: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/problems-after-upgrading-wp-ngg?replies=8 and I tried all suggestions there, but none worked out. In fact switching to TwentyFourteen(I have just this default theme) solves the problem, but switching permanently to it is not an option. I had no problems with the NexGenn till now.
