Problems after WooCommerce 3.0 Update

Hello,
I updated WooCommerce 3.0.1 and discovered a conflict when trying to open up the back end of our wordpress dashboard such as pages, posts, shop… they all take me to a completely blank white page on our site: https://www.great-eastern-sun.com.

I ran the WP-Debug and see that a fatal error at the end is the one which is preventing the page from loading, and relates to the WooCommerce and UPS WooCommerce Shipping plugins. I deactivated UPS WooCommerce Shipping Plugin and everything works fine.

I need to fix this as my cart is not working and I can not access any of my wordpress pages.
