problems aligning widgets in footer

Hi
I am trying to set up a webpage with the Upsurge theme and I have a problem that I just can’t figure out how to solve.
I want to create 3 widgets in the footer, the idea is to have them next to each other but for some reason they end up underneath each other and I can not see why this is happening. Everything I put in the footer ends up underneath the previous content. Does anyone here know why this is happening? I am not that good at typing codes but I am familiar with some of these..but I was hoping to skip that part as much as possible by using WP..but I am aware that I may need to go “manually” some times as well..Big Thanks

Your currently used theme is not in the www.ads-software.com/themes/ directory:

This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
