    1. Why are my questions not published in the forum? Because then the forum is pointless if you can not publish anything and ask to be hidden

    2 I have already written to you several times that in the aam plus package, the old serial number is displayed and not the new and I therefore do not receive updates from this plugin.

    3. I tested the alpha 6 aam today and where can I get the plus package 5.0?

    4. Is there an IP that I should put on the whitelist of Stackpath WAF, so that everything runs correctly?

    It is sad, if one does not receive correct support for purchased things! That should not be.

  • I’m experiencing the same lack of support. We paid for a plugin and the update is messing up all of our media permissions. I made an issue on the forum (which is required according to the pinned post in this support by the developer) but it isn’t even published! It’s been 2 weeks now.

    You wrote above that the author gives support in his forum. This is unfortunately not the case. He sells plugins and answers neither here on his free plugin nor on his support forum. The complaints pile up and it amazes me that such things are here at www.ads-software.com. allowed are. That throws a bad light on WordPress. How should I explain this to my customers who install or even purchase these plugins?

    No feedback or response in support. Violation of the contractual obligations. Notification via lawyer and done at WordPress.

    First, there is no support owed for any open source code here. No one is obligated or required to give anyone even a reply or any support.

    If you are this author’s customer then you cannot be supported in these forums. The author cannot reply to you here, ever. That is not allowed if you are a customer of this author’s.

    If the author does support his customers here in these forums then they will get into real trouble on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    The second part is that you went and stated that “Notification via lawyer”.

    Do not make legal or any threats on these forums again. That is wildly inappropriate here. That is the reason I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

    Please refrain from posting on this site again for your paid product.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
