Actually, it’s the expected behaviour. You would need to go to Woocommerce tab to be able to use your plugin.

However, I am not sure to understand your concern, could you please ellaborate so I can help you ?

if you updated the latest version the plugin settings options no longer appear in the woocommerce settings

Yes, that’s correct. The plugin is now in Woocommerce tab instead of the settings tab.
