Problems connecting with Elementor – site broke!

Hi, I work with WP-JM at the following site: https://israelisinla.com/
I purchased the Elementor Connector from TinyGiantStudios on your recommendation, but when I activate the plugin – I get a critical error on the whole website.

I have been trying to contact them for a week now, and no one has answered me. That’s not cool. They charge a lot of money for this plugin.
Does anyone have an email address instead of the generic contact form on their site?
