Problems creating a static page…

This is my profile https://michaelwillow.com/ and when someone clicks here it shows the first welcome page. However that URL https://michaelwillow.com/ used to be the basic post page “home” which I renamed it as a “blog”. The problem is that if I click in the “Blog” page it sticks in the Welcome because they have the same URL. Should I change the URL of the home (blog in my case) page from https://michaelwillow.com/ to https://michaelwillow.com/blog? How can I do it? Or is there another way to fix that mess…
