Problems detected

  • Hi,
    I made some configuration, but does not reflect in frontend seach results. I already clear all cache.

    – Disabled Category from indexing, but the categories still appear in seach results.
    – Change the “Nothing found field”, but no change the frontend.

    How manage the preferences? I search names in product title but does not appear or goes to last.

    Hi,

    So, as I understand, you want to hide categories results that come first on the search results page.
    If so then as I see this issue caused by the elementor block. Please check it for some options to disable categories showing. Note that AJAX plugin results are not showing any categories, so it is definitely the problem of the search page.

    About no results message – please also check elementor block. I believe it has a special option to set this text.
