Problems detected with header

Hello,

Redirection plugin is giving me a 200 status but not redirecting to the target url. Error message: “Problems were detected with this header Duplicate header. There is another header with this name and this may cause problems.” Any idea how to solve this problem so the redirection can reach the target url?
