Problems downloading upgrade for theme

I have Alexandra Theme, paid $US55 for upgrade from Theme Alley, yesterday tried to download using link provided, unable to do, because their server was down, today I managed to down load, but cant find this download on my computer other than a Theme Alley window telling me how to put the upgrade on the dashboard , how can I do this if there is no upgrade in my files. the original link had a message saying I could only use the link 3 times, I have used the link 3 times so what happens now,
