Thanks for clarifying that and adding screenshots, I appreciate it! ??

Would you please be able to tell me if this product shows up appropriately in your Facebook Catalog Manager? Our plugin only really touches on the Catalog Manager and that’s where things can be accessed by Instagram. As such, I’d like to better understand if it’s in the Catalog Manager that there’s a problem or if it’s in synchronizing to the Catalog Manager that there might be an issue.

I can confirm that there are no problems on both the catalog and the data source (I only have a warning regarding google_product_category but I don’t think this is the problem)

Thanks so much for confirming this for me, I appreciate it!

As the plugin itself seems to be working appropriately, I would think that the issue is on the Facebook side of things where Instagram needs to pull from the catalog.

As such, I’d recommend you try contacting Facebook directly about Instagram directly, perhaps using “Other” on this form:

All of that said, I’m going to go ahead and mark this as resolved as it’s not related to the plugin and we’re unable to assist further in this matter.
