Problems in menu

Hi, I need help
My theme: onepress

Theme demo: https://demos.famethemes.com/onepress/
If I click on menu buttons system just upload page: https://prntscr.com/eb6e9m
But on demo if to click on menu window will scroll down.
Where could be the problem?
How to fix it?
