    We gathered more than 75 Arabic user surrounding us only in Cairo and all sharing the same problem that started with your new release. Baring in mind that the latest release as you claim has new and fast improvements in the new post section.

    You have deliberately the Arab user since the previous edition considered and the first photo explain that taking copy and paste from word to new post using right alignment to Arabic script it get formatting like photo number 1

    as for the new release (photo 2) the changed you did in the new version as you say or as you claim the result for Arab users like photo number 2 and you have made us Arab users lose a lot of time, smash our hopes in your company due to slow response and support. For it has been more than 2 days more than 75 Arab user can’t interact with their activities and all of this because of your ineffectual edition.

    Please solve the problem fast. I’ll repeat please solve the problem fast

    I’m going to assume there’s a language barrier here but can you please provide specifics to what you are referring to? Are you having problems with the Arabic version or WordPress 3.9 and if so what are those problems?

    The problem in version 3.9. I repeat the problem in version 3.9 don’t weasel us the Arab users there is clarification in the second email with photos. You must read the previous 2 emails if you didn’t read them.

    If you are not the one capable of helping us in 3.9 issues that has problems in designing “new post” . Again I repeat read the previous 2 emails throughly we are not displaying the problem again or repeating it but you are the one that don’t want to cooperate or you are not the right person to solve this problem or deal with customers in the first place to solve their problem.

    Please escalate this problem to your direct manager to communicate with us through phone [ phone numeber deleted, support is not offered via the phone or email ] for it has been 3 days with to reaction what so ever from your company.

    We are asking for fast response and cooperation in solving the problem and talking with someone more capable in solving this issue.

    I’m sorry but you seem to be have a very incorrect assumption: no one here has anything to do with your installation.

    There is no phone support, there is no email support, just these 100% staffed by volunteers forums.

    Now if you can describe what the problem is (do not post your phone number or email address again) then perhaps someone can assist.

    The emails you sent were to WordPress.com who is a webhost that specializes in WordPress. it’s VERY understandable you were confused by that. For what it’s worth, your webhost is GoDaddy, and if you need to be rolled back I would ask them directly.

    However that means no one here has seen your screenshots ?? wordpress.com is a totally separate company, they won’t just hand out private emails without permission, so if you could post the images online (via Dropbox or CloudUp) and link to them, we’d be happy to take a look.

    I updated plugins and I updated to 3.9 version. Well when I did that I lost the capabilities of photos being uploaded to slider on frontpage and the subpages that were created no longer can be seen from parent page on toolbar. Now I don’t do the IT part; but I don’t understand how an update to another version can create a headache (at least for me) since I don’t do a lot of major stuff. I was wondering if you can provide some assistance and/or feedback..

    antiochchurchonthemove.org – when you pull up page – you will see no photos on slider and there were two sub pages from EVENTS and one from SERMONS and never categories are accessing a drop down box effect.
