Problems Intalling in sidebar widget

Hi there, I used this code to install the audio player. It’s been edited a bit because the code that was on the site didn’t work properly. Now the audio player icons are showing up in the sidebar, but it doesn’t seem to find the mp3 file. It keeps showing that it is ‘buffering’….
I didn’t know where I was supposed to insert the link to the mp3 file so I included it at the end of the code. I don’t really understand where it’s supposed to go or how it’s supposed to be included in the code. Can someone please help!?
