Problems loading sub-domain into tab

On our website we have various pages on the tab at the top eg. About Us etc. We now want to add a booking platform whereby people can book stuff. This is a white label program which has been set up by another company and we have a sub-domain. How do I get the tab to direct to this sub-domain? When I click on the permalink and edit, it only allows me to change the last section of the domain name….make sense? Any ideas?
