Problems logging into my Dashboard after install

For some reason my install get to the part where it says “your database has been upgraded” congratulations and blablabla.. well when i click on the continue buttom it just keeps on getting back to the same page… ” congratulations your database has been upgraded blablabla.. ”

I type my domain+/wp-admin

I type my password
my username
and it says that my password is incorrect…
Fine well I ask for another password and i’m getting the following message…

(The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…)

Needing pro help asap..
