Problems on Multisite

I installed Plugin Organizer on a Multisite Network. On the first site in the network it works fine as intended. On the second site I tried to activate it, but it does not save the settings when I activate the selective plugin loading, and it acts up on various settings. Had to deactivate it on the second site, since I did not get it to work. Any ideas what it could be? I checked the class in the MU plugin folder, is up to date with version 10.1.5
