Problems on the Post Box

First…sorry for the Bad English, I’m brazilan =p

On the Admin Area, when I click to Write a New Post (Or edit a post), open first the “TITLE” box, and after the “POST” box, where can write the post and bla bla bla…
The POST box has 2 “layouts”, the “Visual” and the “HTML”. But only the HTML is working, and it makes my work really BORING o.o
