  • Hi!

I see you’re using the Kingster theme (I have no experience with it). In this theme, are you able to use the Customizer (Dashboard –> Appearance –> Customize) to update your header/navbar logo? And is there a URL option there? If so, try changing the URL there.

You can also check to see if the logo is added via the Menus section (Dashboard –> Appearance –> Menus) and check the nav items for Home or Logo.

If not, one other thing you can try checking the Dashboard –> Settings –> General these two fields: WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL), to see if their URLs are the non-www version of the site (https://iexe.edu.mx).

I hope this steers you in the right direction.

Thanks a lot for you answer, but there is not an option for that and the ul of the site is www is the ight one on Dashboard –> Settings –> General but still the logo link has the mage without the WWW and takes to the old site. ._.

    All right.

Let’s try this. Do you have access to Dashboard –> Appearance –> Theme editor? If so, check the header.php file and see if there’s a hardcoded nav menu, specifically looking for the link with the logo.

I can′t find the url of the image U.U all ready run Velvet Blues Update URLs and nothing, still the URL of the logo is the same: https://iexe.edu.mx

This is the one it should be: https://www.iexe.edu.mx/

This is what it look on the console

    <li class=”kingster-center-nav-menu-item”><div class=”kingster-logo kingster-item-pdlr”><div class=”kingster-logo-inner”></div></div>

Hmm. After making the changes, can you try clearing your site’s cache? (Assuming your site is using a cache plugin.) And try clearing your browser cache as well.
