Problems opening the customizer

    I can’t change anything in the customizer, and I have a message that shows “There was a problem when trying to load the customizer”.

  • Hi,

    Please check for plugin conflict.

    1) If you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.

    2) Proceed to disable one plugin at a time, clear browser history and re-visit your customizer. Check if it’s working properly.

    Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing this issue, please replace with an alternative plugin.

    It’s a conflict with Jetpack by WordPress.com (version 4.5) plugin.

    I’ve used it to share and publicize automatically in Social Networks and also to see stadistics and others funcionality.

    Do you know if Hueman will be compatible with Jetpack again?

    I do not have a live site to check for jetpack plugin conflict.
    There are many modules in Jetpack plugin.

    Please try to isolate which module is causing your issue.

    I will make an issue report to theme author on Hueman github after your reply.

    Hello, I am having the same problem and deactivated the jetpack plugin. However, the problem is not fixed.
