    4. I don’t like their website. I am a paid customer (Astra Pro) but I have to search all kind of websites to get some information, not easy use. They send you to Brainforce?!

      – You should be able to submit a ticket to us without any issue from either https://wpastra.com/support/open-a-ticket/ or from your personal care area- https://store.brainstormforce.com/support/

      If you are still unable to submit a ticket, please let us know and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.

However, could you please provide me with more information about the specific change that caused you problems?       – Everything including help and docs is available on https://wpastra.com site. However, we manage a single store to manage the subscription and licenses through https://store.brainstormforce.com/ which is internally connected and not causing any problems. Did you face any specific problem while you were searching for something?
