Problems RSVPing for Associated Attendee

I’m having isolated incidences where a few guests RSVP “yes” for themselves and their associated attendee. The confirmation accurately lists the primary guest’s response as “yes” but the associated attendee is inaccurately listed as “no”, even when they RSVP’d “yes.”
This has only been an issue for a few isolated cases. Please help!
