• Hi! I installed Audiobar a few days ago and found that I could run .mp3 files, but not FLAC. When I upload an MP3, I have the option to play the file, but when I upload and post a FLAC, I only have the option to download the file. Is this a known issue?

I puzzled over the instructions in “troubleshooting,” but couldn’t quite determine if these instructions would help with this particular problem. At any rate, I found them unclear. As far as I can tell, this isn’t a problem from the hosting end.

I’m running WordPress 3.3.2, hosted through BlueHost. The problem physically appears the same through both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Please refer to these two pages:
    https://roadradioshow.us
(scroll down to bottom of page to see FLAC)
    and
    https://www.roadradioshow.us/#/along-the-road/
    (scroll to see two MP3s)

Finally, I saw that Audiobar has an incompatibility with Jetpack. It seems unlikely that this could cause a problem with FLAC, but perhaps it’s worth mentioning that the Jetpack plugin is also installed.

    Thanks!
