Is your theme a custom or commercial theme? There are some things I see wrong in the code that may be causing Javascript errors in the admin. First off, jQuery is being loaded twice. That is a BIG no no!

If you open the developer tools* and look on the “console” tab while trying to save a post or page you will see the javascript errors there.

* right click and choose “inspect” then “console”.

I am thinking that your problem is 100% theme related and you should contact the developer to fix the issues with the theme.

If you switch back to a default 2017,16,15 theme your problem should disappear.
