    If possible, try to do video conferrence with user with issues to see what’s really happening. At least try to check with him/her the browser version – maybe it’s some ancient IE that has js issues?

    We host with Hostgator and they said they were having problems on their end as well. So you were able to add products to the cart with no problem?
