Problems showing data after Plugin Update to 1.92.0

Hello @haccpmentor thanks for getting in touch. The Site Kit plugin should not have any impact on the traffic coming to your site. Can I please first confirm with you if the data you see in your Site Kit dashboard matches up with the data in your Analytics account?

If this does match up then the issue is on the Analytics side and i would suggest reaching out to the Analytics Help Center. If the data does not match then I would be happy to troubleshoot this with you.

Thanks for coming back to me, it is much appreciated. I checked both and the data in the Site Kit plugin is reflective of what GA is showing. On your advisory I will reach out to Google Analytics to see if they can help.

I am reopening this thread as I am still having issues. Is there a way to reinstalled the previous plugin version (Google 1.90.1) so I can test the issues I am having?

My issues started after I updated the plugin.

Hi – As a further update to this issue. My hosting provider has told me that neither Google Tag Manager or GA scripts are showing on my site.

@haccpmentor Apologies for the delay on this. You can find previous Site Kit release version by going to https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/releases. However, we would not recommend downgrading to previous versions.

Regarding not seeing GTM or GA scripts on your site, I can see some placed by the Monster insights plugin but not Site Kit. Are you still using the Site Kit plugin? I will be happy to help but we are limited to support for Site Kit here.
