Yesterday the database for my site failed for some reason, I began getting a #1033 error message when I checked my tables using phpMyAdmin, the site itself just redirected to the install page.

My host company seem to have repaired the database, or at least partially. But I can’t access the admin panel, or even the log in part I now get this message:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Some of the pages on the site still work, but many give me this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function php_e() in /home/editor/public_html/wp-content/themes/The-Morningstarr/index.php on line 30

What is that actually telling me? And how the hell can I now log in?

    Any help is appreciated.
